Just completed the Mizuno Wave Run '08 moments earlier.
Many thanks to Jeremy, he kept pace with me, allowing me to cap my personal best of 59mins and 47secs for 10km.

23rd August AHM 21km
30th August Nike Run 10km
Jam packed August, "I'm loving it!" Geez, sounds Mc Donald's?
Oh, had McGriddles after the run for the 1st time and seriously, those who had told me, the original is miles better.
Aight, gonna prepare for soccer session now.. Ciao!
