Many thanks to those who left comments, messages for me. I have decided to continue with my craps here, as long as you peeps don't consider it an eye sore.
Anyway..
My patience was tested on notable occasions for the past week. On one instance, with already a long day at work with a couple of disagreements in the bag, the only thing on my mind when i stepped out of the office is to get home, shower and rest, without ado.
No prize if you expected it, Murphy paid me a visit. Remember Murphy's law? Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. So here we go...
Imagine being in a not-so-crowded bus, and someone has to stand really close to you with edges of his plastic/paper bags scrapping your calves throughout the journey. I did consider giving his bags a 'face lift' with my foot, but i simmer down in time with some deep breaths.
Thereafter, i got to have someone who rushes to the door yet stops there for god knows what reason, making me miss my stop. That donkey even smile back at me when i grunted a sign of irritance. Nope, nothing happened, 'cept for some silent swearing inside of me.
My tipping point was some where near, but my point is that i chose to be a loser (literally in acceptance) of the situation than to be a winner. Sure, i can worsen the situation with reciprocation of the slight injustice i suffered, but as they say revenge begets more revenge; violence begets more violence.
'Ding!' Somehow as i was making my way home on foot, i smiled as the following notion surfaced inside of me.
Don't be a winner of a battle, yet a loser of the war;
which translate into:
Don't be a winner of a situation, yet a loser of life (in general).
True? Grab a hold of yourself people.. =D
