Still pinning some hopes..

About a week had past but still no news about my back pack. My mum's friend whose working as a cabby is going to the lost and found department to try help me search; apparently filling a report DONT really bring you anywhere.

Back to my mum...

Some time back i was putting on my diamond stud, and i casually told her it's 0.05 carat (it came in 0.1 a pair, hence). However, she didnt buy it and started showing me her collection of diamond studs.

Eventually she was convinced it was diamond, instead of crystal. Out of no where, she dropped me a question, "You say your friend bought the pair and give one side to you right? So he gave you the right side, or the left side ah?"

I stared at her and started rolling on my back laughing..

I suppose ear studs dont have a specific distinguished side, right?

Now, who remembered about the soccer boots which i tasked her to send it for stitching? I seriously think my mum have a problem with "sides". Geez..
