(Supposed 2nd consultation letter for my tardiness got put on hold by new Operation Manager..)

Saw/heard a granny fell off the bus..
I saw her putting her 1st foot out of the bus slowly but successfully, as i turn and proceed to walk home, she landed up on the floor.. I really thought of holding her down the bus, but i didnt.. Guilt is filling me up..
